i cant access my hard disk

i tried opening my hard disk but couldn't do so i received an error saying

windows cannot find resycled/boot.com

i ran a virus scan but failed to come up with anything

later i was trying to find other way to get over that problem when i came across a article the link to that article is

i followed the first step but couldn't figure out the second one

right now i am running a malware scan using Malwarebytes and will post the log when the scan completes
please help me get rid of this problem

Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
