I can't get rid of System Doctor!

I am running Windows XP and mainly use Firefox although I do have IE installed as well. I have Kaspersky anti-virus protection. I have run Kaspersky and the results have come back clean. I have SpyBot 1.4 and have all of the necessary updates but my computer is still loaded with spyware! I get System Doctor popups constantly! Can SpyBot remove it? Please help! Thanks in advance!
