I cant remove DyFuCa.SafeSurf & HotsearchBar

HI,
SpyBot keeps finding DyFuCa.Safesurf and HotsearchBar but can not fix or remove either of them. Are they a threat or a big problem, please help me remove them if they will be a problem on my system,
