i can't run spybot or any other program like it. plus google redirects!

something is wrong with my computer for the last few days. it's running really slow and freezing and i sometimes have to do a hard shutdown. i tried to run spybot s&d and malwarebytes programs but they won't run. if i try to go to websites like malwarebytes.org, my browsers won't let me! if i use google and search for this topic, it will redirect me to sites that has nothing to do with my search words! i then used another computer of mine and downloaded malwarebytes and spybot s&d and loaded them to a thumbdrive and tried to install them on my infected comp but they still won't run!

not sure what to do. :sad:
