I don't understand what is happening

I have run SpyBot for years.
I update and immunize every few days and run a search every weekend.

Never ever has SpyBot told me that it has found anything and yet
my other malware programs have found things on the odd occasion.

What am I doing wrong with SpyBot

What type of things have your other antimalware programs found?
If it happens to be tracking cookies,Spybot doesn't detect as many third-party cookies as some other antimalware programs.

Thank you Zenobia, that is exactly the problem and I have now killed off 3rd party cookies
