I have a w32.pasobir. How do I get rid or it??

I have a w32.Pasobir. I have the sxs.exe file on my usb. I now have the virus at home and dont know how to get rid of it. I cant turn off system restore. I cant even run any programs including the romoval tool. I have rmoved SoundMam from the registry editor. Any one give me any help on what to do???
