I have Smitfraud-C.coreservis and i cant delete the driver file

I need help deleting this spyware (smitfraud-c.core servis) its at

c:/windows/system32/drivers/core.cache.dsk

I think command prompt could delete it because its in memory now

I dont know how to use command prompt but i need somone to teach me how to

1.) get to the c:/> prompt
(im at the C:/ documents and settings/owner prompt)

2.) need to know how to delete a file using command prompt


It wont delete even if spybot runs on startup (i've tried 3 times AND IT STILL THERE!!!!!!!!!!)'

PLEASE SOMONE HELP ME!

oh also when i turned on my computer it had like 500 command prompts but then they disapeared... I hope that helps
