I have Virtumonde and Virtumonde.prx and need help drastically!

I have the two versions of Virtumonde on my computer, and have tried to remove with my spybot and all other forms of protection(AVG Free) and cannot remove this nasty infection. Can someone please help. This is truly a malicious infection.

I have both variants on my computer, and nothing will help. Spybot, AVG, Adaware,and House Calls will not remove. Please advise on how to remove.
