I need help in removing Trojan

Hi all :

My PC had been infected with many spywares and Viruses, i had to use more than one anti-virus to get rid of them, I used the following softwares :

1. AVG antivirus
2. AVG antispyware
3. Trojan Hunter
4.spydoctor
5. Norton antivirus.

If i scan the computer with any of these softwares i will receive 0 infected files.

But once i start the computer, i receive the following Alert from AVG anti virus :
Trojan Horse BackDoor Generic3.KNM
in : C:\\windows\system32\yvbb01.dll
AVG cannot heal or Move it to vault. the only action i can take is ignore..

I would appreciate if anyone can help me in deleting it ..
