I need help

Hi, so I ran spybot and got bunch of stuff pop up. One of them is Smitfraud.C and spybot cannot destroy this. Can anyone help me? Due to these spyware, malware, etc. My computer won't evenstart properly, I'm trying to fix it wile in safe mode with networking.
