i think i have a spyware or something. i really could use some help. when i open my internet browser it redirects my homepage to a warning box. this happened after my husband clicked on a link in myspace. the warning box says "w32.mzor.fx@yf is a virus...." it wants me to click ok to download "officially approved security software". i click on cancel, but the web page is addressed as http://safeiepage.com/. if i go to certain web pages i get redirected to a web paged addressed http://idnserror.com/. there is a link on top of the page that says "the page you are looking for is probably blocked by adware/spyware on your PC. Remove it with sysem doctor software. click here". i cannot get this off of my computer and spybot did not notice this at all. please help!!!

Hi again, you got some infections there...

Please download HijackThis to your desktop from here -> HijackThis 1.99.1
Create a new folder named HijackThis to your desktop. Move Hijackthis.exe into that folder.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
