I wish to buy another licence

I have bought an other computer and wish to install Spybot. When I reach the final check out a screen appears with an ad from my bank(?) for some sort of secure payment protection. I cannot get past this screen. It will not allow me to finish the transaction. I do not want what ever this "service" is. I just wish to get a copy of Spybot for my new computer.

I have no idea why you are receiving a popup from your bank, if that is what it is.

Did you try using the customer service contact form to ask for assistance in order to make another purchase?

After quite a number of "glitches" I have decided to go with a Mac pro and pretty much leave Windows. I still have this computer for email and such and will continue to renew my license for it.

I am almost positive that the last screen that I mentioned is not from my bank and that I get it from a site that is supposed to have software to prevent this has convinced me that Windows is no longer a viable choice for me. The fact that I could not make an attachment And as I mentioned before numerous other glitches not connected to this site have brought me to make this decision.
