IE and Firefox Issues

Trying to run IE I get the following error, A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer, windows host process (rundll32). Running Firefox results in the following, "We're Sorry

Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts.

To help us diagnose and fix the problem, you can send us a crash report."

I have run spybot and can not find any problems. There are multiple versions of Rundll32 running.

Any suggestions?
