accidently installed a program called "ilivid" from a sight called "megaupload"...after that i tried to open up zip files and my laptop now tries to open up the file thru "ilivid" not winzip.....i tried to uninstall but the program still tries to open up my zip files...any ideas out there?
 
Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
 
i apologize......I figured out what was wrong......nothing wrong with uninstall of ilivid......dumb mistake on my part......thanks for the help.....
