I'm Having a problem with Spyware?

Hi I'm new here and I don't really know much about computers (other than the basics), so please bare with me! :) I tried to watch a video online, and it told me I needed to download some program to watch it. So I downloaded it and now my computer keeps telling me that Trojans and the like are trying to take my personal information. There is also a "Security Toolbar" at the top of my screen that says my security level is 4/10.

If I could get some help, I woul really appreciate it! thank you!

Use this link to get HijackThis.
Save it to your desktop and then double-click to run it.
It will install the program in c:\program files\HijackThis.
Browse to that location with windows explorer, and double click on the HijackThis.exe program to run. Choose the 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
That will allow you to save the log to the desktop (or some other place) and leave open a notepad file with the HijackThis log in it.

Now post your HijackThis log into this topic.
