I've ran: Spybot, ComboFix, HiJackThis!, AVG, Panda, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, and a few others. Nothing has helped. googling pixel.cpm2track finds me nothing about dealing with the spyware and various ghost windows that randomly pop up - but I know when it kicks in because my CPU fans kick up a notch and my cpu usage needle jumps up to 15% usage when "nothing" is running.

Please refer to the Malware Removal Forum FAQ and the instructions in post #2 on how to provide logs in that forum from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are used in the preliminary analysis.
