I'm Infected with Virtumonde

I am brand new here.
I was running a Spybot scan and was told that I had the Virtumonde Virus. It says it can be resistable to removal?
God, I pray not. This is a brand new office PC.
If anyone could walk me through the steps to remove this, I would be forever grateful.

I suggest that you consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:After you have completed the required scans and produced the requested logs, start your own thread in the Malware Removal forum, making sure to post the logs produced from the above instructions.

My 3 mo. old PC ended up going haywire and things were so bad I just blew the hard drive this past weekend and re-installed WinXP. Thanks for you help though! :crowned:
