Immunization/Global [Hosts]?

Got a new computer (vista os) & installed spybot.Then immunized, but it won't immunize global [hosts] (see attachement). Key in upper right has:
Unprotected: 8836
Protected: 73546
Total: 82382
Spybot is set with admin privileges. How do I get it to fully immunize my machine.

Your hosts file may be "locked" by a firewall (for example zonealarm) or by another spyware or malware detection program or security suite. You haven't given any details of protection software on the computer, firewall, antivirus, malware etc to enable a more informed answer.
