Immunization issue

When I run immunization after I have started Spybot with administrative privileges, I still get about 15,000 items that remain to be unimmunized. Need help

I am running the free version of Spybot 2.5 with administrative privileges. The link you gave me was only for version 2.4.

I run windows 10. If there are a series of questions you're going to ask me, I would rather answer them all at once than do them one question at a time. I do appreciate someone responding to my inquiry though.
