Immunization Problem ??

Help please.

After trying to search for the solution within the forums and google and reading many posts. I have not been able to find a solution.

Running Window Xp Pro Sp3 had same problem with Sp2
Tried undoing the immunization and reimmunizing but still have the same situation.

I can't seem to immunize the "All users" everything else is Ok.

Are you logged on as an administrator when you are immunising?

Yes logged in as admin. No other user accounts exist.

Quick Tip: Can you try clicking on the Immunize button (not tab), which is a green cross?

Done again, actually that is how I always immunize. :bigthumb:

Er, do you have any security software that may be interfering like ZoneAlarm or Webroot SpySweeper? Like software that may lock the HOSTS file for protection?

Security software:
PC Tools, Spyware Doctor
AVAST On access Virus Protection

The Host file is immunizing though. I'll turn off both and rerun.

Well that didn't change anything. Same result with the security packages disabled.

Did an Undo and then re immunized.
