I hadn't updated for a few months. Immunize says 13000+ new items. I've been tryiny to immunize for 90 minutes and still going. Same problem yesterday. Using Vista OS. S&D is working fine.
This is a little bug in Spybot - Search & Destroy. The programm tries to immunize other accounts.
Probably, you do not have the rights to immunize because you are running Spybot-S&D as a normal user and not as admin.
You can solve this problem under Vista as follows:
Right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu,
instead of just left-clicking to start it.
Then, choose Run as administrator from the context menu.

i am having the same problem with the immunization fuction in windows vista home premium 64 bit. i have run it as administrator as suggested and it still wont work. any suggestions. will
