Immunizations are not updating

The immunization total seems to be stuck on 15492 for quite a while now, despite regular updating. Closing the browser and running as administrator do not help. I am running the current version of Vista.

I am wondering if Spybot has dropped support of the immunization function.

Update won't apply

It tells me it's been 41 days since I updated, but when I try, it goes through, identifies the updates but when I try to update, it says it's checking for antispyware updates and then that is where it stays....for hours if I let it. It doesn't get past that so I can apply.
