immunize and adwatch

im using spybot s&d and lavasofts adwatch

i would like to know if i can use adwatch and immunize feature of spybot together without any problems

You can immunize but I would choose one resident protection to give warnings.

How Spybot-S&D protects against the installation of Spyware/Malware.
