Immunize Warning - 0 bad products blocked

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

This warning appears after running Immunization:

"0 bad products already blocked 17289 additional protections possible. Please immunize."

The results are constant. I have reinstalled SpyBot with no effect.

Running Windows XP SP2, IE6 and SpyBot 1.4 with Browser Helper enabled.
 
The Immunize button in the left pane when you first start Spybot only puts you into the Immunize screen, it does not immunize. When you go into Immunize screen, immunization is checked but the actual immunization is not done until you click the "Immunize" button (big green plus sign followed by the word "Immunize") at the top of the right pane.
