Hello,
Are you no longer sending updates for HOSTS? I have not seen a change in immunize in some time. I am static at 1,5492 entries, It was last modified on Sunday Oct. 12 2014.I have kept Spybot 1.6.2.46 because I valued the immunize function. If it is not being updated it has lost it's value.

After immunization lost MS Office files, and yet unable to recover so for. No reply from Safer Network about method of recovering those files

What is the evidence that immunize lost MS office files?
Do you mean program files or application files?
Immunize merely blocks nefarious sites by assigning their url to 127.0.0.1, a loop-back address that goes nowhere.
look at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts - use notepad.
