Not that I know of,no.There is an option to highlight information panels in Settings,it won't increase the font size,but it might make the text easier to see,for the information panels,anyways.
If you'd like to try that,you can get to Settings by clicking mode up top,then Advanced Mode,click Settings with the plus sign on the left,then Settings,scroll down to Look & Feel,and checkmark Highlight information panels.
To return to normal mode in Spybot,just choose Default mode under Mode once again.

If nothing else, windows has a built in magnifier, or you could try =

or some other similar free tool.

Well, you could open the Languages\English.sbl (or whatever language you use) file in notepad and look for the line:

FontSize=8

and change that, for example to

FontSize=9

(larger sizes may cause some letters to vanish at the end of some fields, you'll have to expirement)
