Infected and dealing with pops of ad.netcrefer

My PC is infected with something and I keep receiving pops from places like ad.netcrefer.net/servecs?atype=p0. I have purchased and run noadware but it didn't do anything. I have run the hijackthis to generate a log file. Can someone tell me what I need to do inorder to get rid of it and also what can I do to keep stuff like this off of my PC? I have AVG Anti-Virus installed on my PC and it is current.
 
Additional info seems to be an explorer issue

I'm realizing that this issue seems to be something that is in IE. If I use Mozilla I don't get the extra pops. It's only when I use IE. The headache is that when I start AIM it automatically starts IE and then I get a bunch of pops immediately from that.
