Infected with Antivirus Security Pro

I have had S&D on my computer for over a year. A few days ago I had 'antivirus security pro' popups appear. I have ran S&D as an administrator and it still have not killed this. Please help. (as a note, I am typing his on my iPad)

In order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic as shown in that FAQ along with a description of the computer's symptoms and a volunteer analyst will assist when available. :)
