Infected with Win32.Qhost.abh

Spybot keeps telling me that I am infected with this virus and I have tried to fix it several times, but it does not go away. I assume that this is the reason why I cannot change my wallpaper from the blue sreen. Though you ussually attribute this to smitfraud.c. There is also a file in Windows/system32/wowfx.dll that I cannot delete. I delete and it comes right back. When I delete the registry enties associated with it, they also come right back without re-booting in just a second or two.
