Install being blocked

My PC as been hit by something which has prevented access to my broadband connection and also blocks the install of Spybot S&D via a memory stick. Can anyone suggest a solution?
 
Which OS are you using (XP, Vista etc)?
Which Anit-Virus Program arre you running?
Which Firewall do you use?

Which version of Spybot Are you running?
