installation question

Hello, I am brand new here and not real tech savy. I noticed upon installation, the 1st thing said was (I'm paraphraing here), 1st to install some other files. What might these other files be and does anyone know what I'm talking about? Sorry if this is a stupid ?...aceshigh
 
maybe the files are the updates to spybot, you can also choose if you want to activate sd-helper and teatimer. i dont remember everything in the wizard so i am not sure.
