Installing Spy bot

Hi,
I have been receiving many errors in the last week and a friend
told me to download your software. When I tried to download this came up:
Deletefilefailed:code 5 access denied. the top box was
TCPIAddress. I want to download it but can't. Please help.

Do you think you are infected and/or do you have Signs of Malware ?

installing spy bot

Hi Matt,
Here is the last error I got:
Stop:C000021a
Fatal system error
The windows log on process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of DXc00000006.

This is the error on my computer, not the error with Spy bot.
There are many more. Sometimes the icons on my desktop are
re arranged or get really big. I'm hoping I won't have to hire a tech
person. Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately I don't have good news for you.

According to this site, this error can be caused by a third-party application which you have installed on your computer.

Moreover, this error occurs when a user-mode subsystem, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), has been fatally compromised and security can no longer be guaranteed.

As your desktop icons change their size, I suppose you have a bad infection or a big problem with some drivers. I'll ask for help.
