Internet Explorer title's string

Hello there,

today I noticed an additional string in the title of Internet Explorer:

Google - Microsoft Internet Explorer - provided by RZ Utilities

Does anyone know, where it could come from?

if you use isp install software, they can "brand" your browser. there are also tweaks and software to remove this or provide your own custom title. have you installed any software lately?

No, as far as I know I have nothing installed manually. I have a DSL connection and use a router. I do not use any AddOns in my browser (except Flash, Java and PDF).

Edit: I removed the additional string manually in the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Window title). But what was it? Is it still somewhere on my pc?

ok good, but it had to get there some way. Why dont you post a hjt log in the malware removal forum and I will look for it there.
