Internet log on taken over by UCLEAN worm

I just learned yesterday morning that when attempting to log on to the internet some company called Uclean has a Porn Clean up "Security" freeze on my system that if attempted to remove shows disturbing pictures, and adds porn to the system to be removed. At the same time my system said a virus had been detected. At one point before giving up because nothing helped (uclean showed as one of my programs and when i tried to remove it from the sytem it said I couldnt), but before that one message showed a possible Trojan Horse, one id.ed as a Worm with a number, I should have wrote down.

I came to work today, and entered google searches till I found a hit for "Homepage keeps changing to uclean", in Spybot, but none of my searches here have been able to find that thread. Can anyone help me please, do I call the cable co. who has my highspeed internet, take my box to a local to cast out demons, what??

Sorry, but....

Obviously I am new. The column title says threads in "Forum" so why wouldnt I think I was in the forum, now, having been told what to look for I see I am in the wrong place.

The firewall comments dont fit. I had protection, buying more wont remove the "cancer", could you please tell me where I go to ask how to get the answer I saw on 'Google" in a Spybot forum I cant get to come up?
