"Invalid arguement to date encode"

When I run Spybot to check for problems or scan my compter for problems, I get "Invalid arguement to date encode". Does this mean that my compter is infected with a bug which is not letting Spybot work?

I have uninstalled and re-installed the Spybot Search and Destroy program. When I run the re-installed program, same reults!

I will appreciate any help.
