How often does it get updated? When I installed Spybot and made updates, the immunization database listed in the update was from 2008.
Is the immunization database still being updated?

Well, the Immunization count might be different every week depending on the updates. It does not necessarily have to decrease or increase.
The date of that Immunization update (my best guess) is a new build, like a major upgrade to the previous one. What happens now, is that future updates will continue to tweak and improve on this infrastructure.
