is this hijacker ?

In my computer a registry gets generated itself.Please check whether it is hijacker.

The registry entry and the server look like one of the servers used to synchronize the time in your system.

Are you running Windows XP or Vista? If so, double click on the clock in the system tray area. When the Date and Time Properties window appears, click on the Internet Time tab. You should see a list of servers that can be use to synchronize the time in your system.

I got it solved.
yahoo anti spy always detect it as hijackers.
