Can somebody explain to be wha this means, and why these alerts won't stop?

It started from 13:52 and consecutively changed, i.e. 13:52,53,54,55... right now at 14:23.

Teatimer is automatically denying the change Boot Execute.You probably denied it before,and clicked Remember This Decision.
