Issue with Kaspersky Online Scanner

My computer has a pretty bad infection that spyware and NoAdware can't take care of. I came here for help from the pros, but the link to Kaspersky Online Scanner in the thread http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
results in a 404 error. Is this an issue with KOS or is my system being prevented from reaching it?
