It doesn't delete anything!!!!!

Hello friends, my bot has, (for quite some time now, but I've chosen to neglect it out of laziness,) after searching and listing a number of threats, failed to destroy any of the spyware I select for elimination. How do I know? I run it a second, third, fourth time and the same 'problems' continue to pop up, even after I receive a nice message about how everything was cleared up.
Any fix for this? The clutter has gotten quite ridiculous.

Which version of Spybot-S&D are you running?
Do you have the latest updates installed?

Which items do you mean exactly?
What are they named?
Tracking cookies?

v1.4, downloaded all available updates about an hour ago.
Sorry for the slow reply, I've just conducted another search. I've got mediaplex, hitbox, doubleclick, fastclick, casalemedia, burstmedia, bfast, adviva, adrevolver, statcounter, zedo, webtrends live, coremetrics and a bunch of light blue stuff displayed.
Funny thing is, instead of finding these entries individually as you would expect, the list is blank until the end, when all entries come up together.
When I hit Fix, it's instantaneous, so there's no time spent deleting, it tells me all problems I've selected have been fixed, but a second search yields yet the exact same problems.

Doubleclick (and others like Advertising.com, Avenue A, Inc, CasaleMedia, Fastclick, Hitbox, Mediaplex etc.) are so-called tracking cookies. It is quite common for popular websites to employ such tracking cookies from third parties. They use them in order to track the users' surfing habits on their websites. As I said, these cookies are from third parties but they are employed by the site. There is a tool in Spybot-S&D: BrowserHelper, i.e. a bad download blocker for Internet Explorer. With this tool enabled such tracking cookies will be blocked. In order to activate this tool, please run Spybot-S&D and go to the "Tools"->"Resident" page. Checking the checkbox in front of SDHelper will enable the BrowserHelper.

Now open the Tools menu in your Internet Explorer and choose 'Spybot - Search Destroy Configuration'.
There you will find a drop down menu which will appear giving you some options.

You should select "Block all bad pages silently".
With that option set the notifications will no longer come up, but you will still have the protection.
Further choose "Spybot-S&D->Immunize" from the navigation bar on the left.
Now the baddies are blocked.
