Dear Sirs:

We are running Sptbot 1.62, Windows Firewall, & AVG 8.5. We are also running Windows Defender, in the standard silent mode.

Our machine got infected with juguasja.dll; & we can not get it out.

Spybot can't even find jugusa.dll, much less delete it.

I have went into Defender Software, & deleted it several times. That doesn'[t help.

It seems like everytime you launch Microsoft IE, it starts all over again. As if the explorer program is infected.

Can you help us?

One Other Thing I Forgot To Mention

Dear Sirs:

I forgot to mention the update issue. Since we have had the jugusaja infection; we can not update our machine.

This malware keeps shutting Update Services off, every minute, or so. Even if you restart Update Services, in services.msc; it just shuts it down again in less then a minute. Even if you have it in the manual mode.

Also; I forgot to mention what jugusaja does to your machine. It continually launches windows to: http://url.adtrgt.com. Edit: Disabled link

Which leads me to one more question. Why hasn't this website been shut down?
