Why is it when I update Spybot, it installs a spyware program called KoolyNoody on my computer? My spyware detector says that it is a medium risk.
 
False alarm by Spyware Doctor. Spybot does not install any form of spyware or such when you update/install it. PCTools is misunderstanding. I think it is detecting it in Spybot's Immunization.

I would suggest you ignore that entry flagged by SpywareDoctor.
