Have a friend that just called with this virus/malware. I have been trying to find the best way to remove it. Working with her on the phone. Any sure way to remove it? thanks much

It might be best if your friend posts here directly after following instructions to produce a log. "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new thread here in the Malware Removal Forum where an analyst would advise as soon as available.
