Hello,
I'm using Spybot 2.4 on Windows 7 64bit ultimate. My issue is the live protection will scan the same file repeatedly, for example firefox.exe when I attempt to open firefox, however none of the scans complete so I end up with approx 15-20 scans of the same file and they just sit there and don't complete the scan. The progress bar gets close to the end then freezes.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling spybot which I still have the same issue. I emailed Support, and they gave me a canned answer and told me not to use Live Protection if I'm having trouble with it. I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for. Can anyone help me with this issue?
