Live protection - partial

Hi

I am running the home edition won Windows 10. I noticed that my live protection is only running partial. How can I correct this please?

This is an explanation of what it means when Live Protection is set to partial:

“Live Protection : Partial” means that Spybot’s Live Protection is installed, but is not scanning new processes on your PC.

It will still continue to scan any active processes that are open, but will not scan any new processes that begin.

It might be best for you if you contact Spybot Support, they might have suggestions, or be able to let you know any newer developments, etc.
