Lost Functionality

i am using spybot 1.4 - i noticed only recently that i am no longer able to enable both the resident "SDHelper" and the "Enable permanent blocking of bad addresses in IE". i tried searching the forums but found nothing. i apologize in advance if this issue has already been adressed. thanks in advance for your attention to this issue

Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy. Make sure that the SDHelper.dll file is there.
