Major problems with malware/trojans

Spybot search & destroy has been recommended to me, we have what looks like some malware and/or trojans on our pc. Running Norton 360 which is in permanent error state.

We also use Mozilla firefox.

The main trojan seems to be win32.trojan.delf; we also have revsci.net and some other un-named ones.

Will Spybot S&D solve this?
