malware and hyjackers are making me crazy

Greetings: I am afraid I am techtarded when it comes to malware and hijackers....but it is making me crazy. If you can fix this and offer some protection, I will donate 'til the day I croak. I have downloaded your free application, what else do I need to do? Also the constant bombardment of adware popups is making it difficult to even communicate with you guys. Any suggestions? To request assistance in the malware removal forum please see the FAQ which includes guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDSand aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs so a volunteer analyst may advise when available.
