Malware blacklist removal

Seems that I stopped some malware from entering my registry. It is now blacklisted, but doesn't seem to go away. The name is "paradyne ADSL network driver V2.3(category system startup user entry". It just keeps popping a box on my desktop titled resident. I tried going into my blacklist and removing it, but it just keeps reappearing about every 20 seconds.

Thanks for your help... What should I do?
