Malware installer not detected by Spybot

I've got a malware installer that Spybot doesn't detect. I tried generating an OpenSBI file but the installer blows off while running, so I can't generate a log to import into the utility.

Can I send the installer to you guys for analysis? Antivir detects the threat that Spybot doesn't.
